2/10/03- after the show went off the air, Eric Bischoff continued to protest Vince McMahon’s order for him to face Steve Austin at No Way Out, with Austin eventually appearing; Chief Morley attempted to attack Austin from behind, to protect Bischoff, but Austin fought him off, dropped him with the Stunner, and drank several beers; Chris Jericho then interrupted and said he wanted to have a beer with Austin, with Austin knocking Morley to the floor; after eventually giving Jericho a beer, Austin dropped him with the Stunner and knocked him to the floor; Morley then crawled back in the ring only to sustain another Stunner; Austin then shared a toast with Jim Ross on the entrance stage before returning ringside, giving Morley a beer, and then hitting him over the head with another beer can (Austin’s surprise return after an 8-month absence; the footage was included on the No Way Out 03 DVD):

Eric Bischoff & WWE Women’s Champion Molly Holly defeated Matt Hardy & Lita at 2:36 when Bischoff pinned Lita with a hair pull after Hardy refused to tag in; immediately after the match, Hardy confronted Lita, called her selfish for being on Raw instead of joining him on Smackdown, and then dumped her; due to prematch stipulations, Lita was fired from the WWE; had Lita’s team won, she would have earned a rematch against Molly for the women’s title; later in the broadcast Christian used his favor given by Bischoff, as a result of Team Bischoff winning at Survivor Series, to get Lita her job back (Matt’s first match on Raw since 8/02)

World Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg defeated Triple H (w/ Ric Flair) via disqualification at 7:17 when Kane, who had come ringside moments earlier, interfered and kicked the champion in the face after the challenger had sustained the spear; late in the contest, Goldberg hit the spear on an interfering Randy Orton (for which the time keeper prematurely rang the bell); moments later, Triple H hit the Pedigree on the distracted champion which prompted Kane’s pyro to go off; after the match, Kane continued to assault Goldberg before hitting the chokeslam
Mark Henry (w/ Teddy Long) pinned Booker T in a Salt Lake City Streetfight at 3:11 after sending Booker head-first into a trash can stuck inbetween the turnbuckle pads and then slamming the trash can over Booker’s head; late in the match, Henry kicked out of the scissors kick

12/8/03 – included an in-ring segment with co-Raw GM Mick Foley in which he announced he would be the guest referee for the RVD vs. Randy Orton match at Armageddon and that half a million signatures have already been added to a petition to bring back Steve Austin; moments later, Rob Conway & Rene Dupree interrupted and threatened to beat Foley down if he didn’t salute the French flag; as both men circled Foley, the Rock made a surprise appearance in which he said the only thing strong about the French army was their body odor; moments later, all four men began brawling with Rock hitting the Rock Bottom on Conway, Foley applying the Mr. Socko Mandible Claw on Dupree, and both men sustaining a People’s Elbow either from Rock or Foley; to end the segment, Rock signed Foley’s petition to bring Austin back (Rock’s first appearance in 7 months):
