WWE US Champion Antonio Cesaro pinned the Great Khali (w/ Natalya Neidhart & Hornswoggle) with the Neutralizer at 10:07; after the bout, Matt Striker conducted an in-ring interview with Cesaro about his victory, with Cesaro noting his superiority to everyone in the US; Cesaro then said, if Mike Mizanin, had a problem with it then he could stop hiding behind the commentary table; Miz then took the mic and talked about how resilient the people are, ending by telling Cesaro he was in America and it was awesome
Kofi Kingston won a gauntlet match at 12:44 by pinning WWE IC Champion Wade Barrett; prior to the bout, Kingston, who provided guest commentary for much of the match before his own surprise entrance, said he would regain the IC title; during Barrett’s entrance, he questioned Kingston saying his win over him was a “one time thing” and said the title deserved to be on a real fighter; Barrett then said he was so confident in his ability that he would face anyone in a non-title gauntlet match; during the contest, it was announced Kingston would face Barrett in a title rematch on Smackdown; Barrett pinned Yoshi Tatsu with the Bull Hammer at the 14-second mark; Barrett pinned JTG with the Bull Hammer at 2:38; Barrett pinned Justin Gabriel with the Bull Hammer at 9:33 after dropping Gabriel throat-first across the top rope; Kingston pinned Barrett with the spin kick to the face

Randy Orton fought WWE US Champion Antonio Cesaro to a no contest in a non-title match at around the 23-minute mark when Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, & Roman Reigns jumped the barricade and surrounded the ring, with Orton inside; during the bout, Mike Mizanin announced he would be in the upcoming Royal Rumble match; moments after the Shield appeared, Miz jumped in the ring and helped Orton fight them off; eventually, Miz was beaten down and Orton sustained the triple powerbomb; after the Shield left through the crowd, Cesaro slid back in the ring and dropped Miz with the Neutralizer; Cesaro came to the ring in possession of the American flag

Sheamus pinned Cody Rhodes with the boot to the face at 14:02; during his entrance, Rhodes cut a promo in which he said his match wasn’t happening until he addressed not being part of the Elimination Chamber, noting those that were in the match were all failed world champions; Rhodes then set up a chair and sat in the ring, saying he wouldn’t leave until Booker T came out to fix the problem; Michael Cole then said Booker T wasn’t there, because it was Main Event and not Smackdown; moments later, Sheamus interrupted, with Rhodes first doing an impression of Sheamus before Sheamus in turn did an impression of Booker T, Vickie Guerrero, and Vince McMahon; during the match, it was noted World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio had been suspended as a result of his attack on the Big Show
Damien Sandow pinned WWE Tag Team Champion Daniel Bryan with the neckbreaker, moments after WWE Tag Team Champion Kane came ringside and distracted Bryan by having pyro shoot out of the ringposts; during his entrance, Sandow said what happened to Cody Rhodes was a disgrace and he would make up for it by beating Bryan
Cameron & Naomi (w/ Brodus Clay) defeated Tamina & Aksana at 4:37 when Naomi pinned Aksana with a leg lariat; Clay provided guest commentary for some of the match; after the bout, Clay, Cameron & Naomi danced in the ring to end the show

Natalya Neidhart defeated WWE Divas Champion AJ (w/ Tamina) via disqualification at around the 11-minute mark when Tamina attacked Natalya as AJ was caught in the Sharpshooter; during and after the match, Tyson Kidd was shown watching on backstage; after the contest, AJ applied applied the Black Widow; following the commercial break, Kidd consoled Natalya backstage in which Natalya blamed herself and said she blew her own shot; Kidd hugged her and said it wasn’t her last chance
