1/8/98 – debut episode on TBS; featured Tony Schiavone, Bobby Heenan, & Lee Marshall on commentary; included an in-ring segment with Hulk Hogan & Eric Bischoff in which Hogan claimed Sting could never beat him fairly and that he worships at his feet; featured Mike Tenay conducting an interview with JJ Dillon in which Dillon reversed the decision of the opening match, awarding it to Randy Savage; moments later, Lex Luger came out and said he would do what was needed agains the nWo, and so would the rest of the WCW locker room:
Randy Savage (w/ Elizabeth) defeated Chris Adams via reverse decision; Adams initially scored the pinfall at 2:30 after Lex luger came ringside and hit Savage in the head with a steel chair; JJ Dillon later reversed the decision
Rick Martel defeated Louie Spicolli via submission with the Boston Crab at 3:18; prior to the bout, Spicolli wore a T-shirt which read “The Real Innovator of the Death Valley Driver”
Hiroyoshi Tenzan pinned Michiyoshi Ohara (w/ Sonny Onoo) with a headbutt off the top at 2:58
Ric Flair defeated Chris Jericho via submission with the figure-4 at 4:44; prior to the bout, Jericho took the mic and said he was embarrassed and ashamed of his behavior as of late and presented ring announcer David Penzer with a new suit jacket; after the match, Jericho threw a tantrum and tore Penzer’s suit jacket

1/15/98 – featured Mike Tenay, Bobby Heenan, & Lee Marshall on commentary; included Gene Okerlund conducting an interview with the Giant about Kevin Nash, with Giant taking a sign from Lodi at ringside which read “Nash Rulz, Giant Drools,” and dropping Lodi, Sick Boy, and Scotty Riggs with the chokeslam; Giant then threw Perry Saturn off him and press slammed Billy Kidman from the ring onto Hammer, in the crowd; Nash then entered the ring and goaded Giant to putting his hands on him, eventually throwing coffee in Giant’s face as he walked away; featured Tony Schiavone conducting an interview with JJ Dillon, with WCW US Champion Diamond Dallas Page then walking out to talk about him being mugged after Nitro; Page, using a crutch, then said he would still compete and would sign a waiver of liability at Dillon’s request; included Hulk Hogan & Eric Bischoff conducting an in-ring promo in which Hogan insulted Dillon and said he would put Sting out of wrestling:
Ray Traylor, Rick & Scott Steiner (w/ Ted Dibiase) defeated Black Cat, O’Hara, & Gedo at 7:05 when Scott pinned Gedo with the Steiner Screwdriver; during the bout, Mike Tenay received word that WCW US Champion Diamond Dallas Page was mugged after Nitro and may not be able to compete in the night’s main event
Ernest Miller pinned Yuji Nagata (w/ Sonny Onoo) at 3:34 with the Feliner
WCW Tag Team Champion Scott Hall fought Louie Spicolli to a no contest; prior to the bout, Hall surveyed the crowd on whether they were there to see WCW or the nWo, then asking Spicolli the same; Spicolli replied that Hall was his hero; moments later, Larry Zbyszko came out and told Spicolli that Hall was afraid of him, with Spicolli then attacking Zbyszko; Zbyszko eventually cleared the ring of both of them; Hall wore both the nWo and WCW tag team belts to the ring
Chris Jericho defeated Eddie Guerrero via submission with the Lion Tamer at 4:29; stipulations stated the winner would earn a WCW Cruiserweight Title shot at Souled Out
Bill Goldberg fought Chavo Guerrero Jr. to a no contest when, during Chavo’s entrance, Disco Inferno came to the ring and danced; Guerrero then insulted Disco before sustaining the Chart Buster; moments later, Goldberg came out and hit the spear and Jackhammer on Disco
Rey Mysterio Jr. pinned WCW Cruiserweight Champion Juventud Guerrera to win the title at 9:48 with a hurricanrana into a roll up after avoiding the champion’s 450 splash (Rey Mysterio: Biggest Little Man)
Lex Luger & WCW US Champion Diamond Dallas Page defeated WCW Tag Team Champion Kevin Nash (w/ Hulk Hogan) & Randy Savage (w/ Elizabeth) via disqualification at 3:32 when Hogan interfered, only to sustain Luger’s Tortrue Rack; moments later, Luger put Nash in the same hold after Savage came off the top with a double axe handle, accidentally hitting his partner instead of Luger; moments later, Hogan accidentally kicked Savage in the stomach after aiming for Luger; the Giant then came out and hit a chokeslam on Hogan as Savage watched; Vincent, WCW Tag Team Champion Scott Hall, Konnan, Buff Bagwell, and Hiroyoshi Tenzan then came out to attack Giant before Sting came out and made the save; Page originally came out on a crutch, with Luger convincing him to go backstage and not compete in the match

1/29/98 – hosted by Tony Schiavone, Bobby Heenan, & Lee Marshall; featured the debut of a new metallic entrance set; included Mike Tenay conducting an interview with WCW Commissioner JJ Dillon, who announced Kevin Nash had been fined $50,000 for using the powerbomb on Nitro; Jerry Lee Lewis was shown in attendance, sitting behind Raven’s Flock; featured a promo for the Boston Brawl Internet pay-per-listen on Saturday for $7.95 on WCWwrestling.com; included an in-ring promo by Scott Hall in which he asked whatever happened to his WCW World Title shot he earned at World War 3, then introducing Dusty Rhodes; Rhodes then claimed the WCW suits had forced him down the ladder until he was forced to carry the commentary team, with Rhodes telling “the marks on the Internet” that he wouldn’t be making an in-ring comeback; featured Tenay conducting an interview with suspended referee Nick Patrick, who said all referees have their own way of counting pinfalls, his lawyers were fighting to get him back into the ring, and that he wanted to officiate the Hulk Hogan vs. Sting match for the vacant WCW World Title:
WCW US Champion Diamond Dallas Page pinned Sick Boy at 4:44 after tossing Sick Boy into the air and hitting the Diamond Cutter; after the bout, Lodi was about to hop the rail but Riggs smacked him and sat him back down
Meng (w/ Jimmy Hart) pinned Jim Duggan at 4:14 with the Tongan Death Grip after Hart distracted Duggan after he broke his 2×4 over Meng’s back
Raven pinned Marty Jannetty at 3:58 in a No DQ Match with the Evenflow

Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko defeated WCW Cruiserweight Champion Chris Jericho & Eddie Guerrero at 6:38 when Benoit forced Jericho to submit to the Crippler Crossface; after the bout, Mike Tenay interviewed Benoit, who stated he didn’t need a title belt to prove how good he was, with WCW US Champion Diamond Dallas Page interrupting and claiming Benoit is overlooked just like he was, with Page offering Benoit a shot at his belt
Rick & Scott Steiner (w/ Ted DiBiase) defeated WCW Tag Team Champion Kevin Nash & Konnan (sub. for WCW Tag Team Champion Scott Hall) via disqualification at 4:52 when Nash hit Rick with a title belt as he had Konnan pinned following a powerslam; the titles were at stake in the match; late in the bout, Scott missed a tag from Rick, as he was busy having a posedown with Buff Bagwell at ringside; after the contest, Nash powerbombed referee Charles Robinson, with Nash being handcuffed and taken away by security

Mike Enos & Wayne Bloom defeated Scott Hall & Kevin Nash (w/ Dusty Rhodes) via disqualification at 2:17 when Nash punched referee Mickey Jay and dropped Bloom with the illegal powerbomb; Hall & Nash wore Syxx T-shirts to the ring before the bout; prior to the match, Hall surveyed the fans and Nash told the Giant to come to SuperBrawl to formally announce his retirement; Nash then sent a message to “Syxx Pac;” per stipulations, Nash was fined $50,000 for using the move; immediately after the bout, Nash was arrested and escorted away by security
Davey Boy Smith & Jim Neidhart defeated Curt Hennig & Brian Adams (w/ Rick Rude) to a double disqualification at 2:14; prior to the bout, Rude, Hennig, and Adams cut an in-ring promo on targetting Bret Hart; moments later, Smith & Neidhart interrupted, leading to a brawl; all four men wrestled the match in street clothes; at one point, Rude interfered in the ring in plain view of referee Charles Robinson but the match continued; there was no formal announcement of the decision but Rude and Adams double teamed Neidhart on the floor as Hennig attacked Smith in the ring; during the commercial break, security had to pull the two teams apart
La Parka pinned Super Calo at 4:04 with a twisting attack off the top, moments after Disco Inferno came out; after the match, La Parka attacked Disco and danced on top of a chair
WCW Cruiserweight Champion Chris Jericho pinned Dean Malenko via submission with the Liontamer at 6:02; prior to the bout, Jericho cut a promo on facing Juventud Guerrera at SuperBrawl, claimed Guerrera looked like Quasimodo, and he would prove it; Jericho wore the title belt early in the contest
WCW US Champion Diamond Dallas Page & Chris Benoit defeated Raven & Perry Saturn at around the 10:45 mark when Benoit forced Saturn to submit to the Crippler Crossface as DDP dropped Raven with the Diamond Cutter; prior to the bout, footage was shown from Nitro of how the match was made
WCW World Champion Sting fought Randy Savage to a no contest; upon Savage’s introduction, the nWo carried Savage’s body to the ring, with a Sting mask on his face and “nWo” spraypainted on his chest; Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan then cut a promo in which they claimed Sting vs. Savage was off because Savage wanted to save Sting for Hogan at SuperBrawl; Hogan went on to say Sting was a coward, with Sting then running out and fighting everyone as Hogan watched; Sting was eventually beaten down, with Lex Luger – his ribs taped – running out to help make the save; Sting and Luger then cleared the ring as Savage remained knocked out on the mat

WCW Cruiserweight Champion Chris Jericho & Eddie Guerrero defeated Dean Malenko & WCW TV Champion Booker T at around the 9-minute mark when Guerrero pinned Booker with the frog splash as Malenko had Jericho in the Texas Cloverleaf; prior to the bout, it was noted Malenko would challenge Jericho and Guerrero would challenge Booker at Uncensored; during the match, Tony Schiavone said WCW had taken away the over-the-top-rope disqualification rule

Chris Kanyon fought Nick Dinsmore to a no contest when Kanyon refused to wrestle against a “loser” like Dinsmore, with Kanyon then ordering Lodi to have Perry Saturn come out and compete in his place; moments later, Saturn emerged from the back with two signs, one reading “Lodi Rulz” and the second “Lodi Is Not Here,” with Kanyon realizing Saturn was not under orders, and Saturn laying out Kanyon with a number of suplexes before snapping his wrist; moments later, Raven appeared and ordered Billy Kidman, Horace, Scotty Riggs, and Sick Boy to attack Saturn, with Saturn clearing the ring of the Flock, then stating he would not only save the Flock at Fall Brawl, but also his own career
