WWF European Champion Diamond Dallas Page pinned Christian at 6:10 with the Diamond Cutter; after the bout, the champion grabbed a mic and said he was proud of Christian for losing in front of 67,000 and millions others around the world and not throwing a temper tantrum, prompting Christian to throw a tantrum in the middle of the ring; the champion then left through the crowd
Spike Dudley pinned WWF Hardcore Champion Maven to win the title at 3:17 by interferring in Maven’s title defense with Goldust after Maven and Goldust knocked each other out with trash can lid shots to the head; immediately after the pin, Spike was chased into the crowd by Crash Holly, Goldust, and Maven; later in the show, the Hurricane pinned Spike backstage after Spike avoided attacks from Al Snow and Crash Holly; later segments in the show saw Hurricane hide in the Godfather’s dressing room until he was chased out, Molly Holly pin the Hurricane to win the title after hitting him with a frying pan, Christian pin Molly for the title after slamming a door in her face, and Maven pin Christian with a roll up to win the title as Christian attempted to leave in a taxi
