– 2/5/10: An 8-man tournament was devised to determine the first champion. Prior to the finals, Eddie Edwards defeated Colt Cabana and Kevin Steen while Davey Richards defeated Delirious and Kenny King.

– ROH TV Championship Tournament Finals: Eddie Edwards defeated Davey Richards to win the title via submission with the Achilles Lock at 20:01; prior to the bout, Rayna Von Tosh came out with the title belt, to present it to the winner; Shane Hagadorn sat ringside to support both men; following the ring introductions, both men shook hands; after the contest, Richards stole the belt away, then eventually strapped it around Edwards’ waist; Richards then clapped for Edwards’ win

– El Generico defeated ROH TV Champion Christopher Daniels to win the title at 19:30 with the Ole Kick and top rope brainbuster after blocking the champion’s attempt of hitting the Best Moonsault Ever while wearing the title belt (Daniels’ last appearance)

– ROH on Sinclair – 4/21/12: Blind Destiny Challenge: Roderick Strong (w/ Truth Martini) pinned ROH TV Champion Jay Lethal to win the title at 13:21 with Death by Roderick after Tomasso Ciampa, who sat ringside for the match, rammed Lethal into the ringpost behind the referee’s back; following the ring entrances, Ciampa walked to the ring with the stolen TV title belt, took the mic, said he was a man of his word for bringing the belt back, and said if Lethal made the non-title match a title match and beat Strong then he would shake his hand and tell him he is the better man; Lethal then accepted and said he would beat Ciampa’s ass and take what was his if he didn’t live up to his end of the bargain; after the bout, Ciampa threw the belt into the ring for Strong

7/28/12:
– Adam Cole pinned ROH TV Champion Roderick Strong (w/ Truth Martini) to win the title at around the 20-minute mark with a superkick and the Florida Key; prior to the bout, Strong shook Cole’s hand, then dropkicked him as Cole also shook Martini’s hand; late in the bout, Michael Elgin appeared ringside but did not interfere, as instructed to by Martini
