Dangerously; Schiavone then introduced a pre-taped interview from Dangerously in which he said Randy Rose & Dennis Condrey were out of the Bunkhouse Stampedes and he had a piece of paper that said Cornette would soon be out of the NWA; Cornette then said it was his goal in life to run Dangerously out of the NWA, Eaton & Lane would help him do it and more details would be announced the following week

Butch Reed (w/ JJ Dillon) pinned Max McGuyver with a clothesline off the top at 1:34 (Reed’s debut)
Michael Hayes & the Junkyard Dog defeated the Russian Assassins (w/ Paul Jones) via disqualification at 2:34 when referee Tommy Young saw Jones trip JYD as JYD attempted to slam one of the Assassins into the ring; after the bout, JYD was triple teamed for several moments until Hayes cleared the ring with a chair; following the commercial break, David Crockett conducted a ringside interview with JYD & Hayes about the attack from Jones and his men, during which Hayes said he didn’t know who was in charge – but assumed David would know – and said they wanted Jones in the ring
Mike Rotunda & NWA US Tag Team Champions Kevin Sullivan defeated two unknowns at 1:45 when Sullivan scored the pin after twice hitting the double stomp; after the bout, David Crockett conducted a ringside interview with Rotunda & Sullivan in which Sullivan said NWA Tag Team Champions the Road Warriors were sissies and any 2 of the Varsity Club could take out the Road Warriors any day of the week; Rotunda then said he would get the NWA TV title back from Rick Steiner
