– Nikita Koloff pinned Ivan Koloff at 8:17

– Semi-Finals

– Nikita Koloff pinned NWA Tag Team Champion Tully Blanchard at 9:33 with a roll up after Blanchard became distracted by Dusty Rhodes at ringside; Blanchard received a bye into the semi finals

– Finals

– Barry Windham (w/ JJ Dillon) pinned Nikita Koloff to win the title at the 15-minute mark by using the ropes for leverage after Dillon tripped Koloff from the floor
