Tiger Ali Singh pinned WWF Light Heavyweight Champion Gillberg in a non-title match with a kick to the back and a reverse neckbreaker at 1:04 as Gillberg played to the fans after hitting the spear
Viscera & the Acolytes defeated Edge, Christian, & Gangrel at 13:47 when Bradshaw pinned Gangrel with the Clothesline from Hell after Shane McMahon, who watched the match from the aisle, sent Mideon to ringside who hit a DDT on Gangrel on the floor before rolling him back inside; after the bout, Shane cut a promo saying the string of victories at No Mercy had only just begun
Steve Blackman defeated Droz via submission with a modified armbar at 7:50 following a shoulderblock; prior to the bout, a Blackman vignette was shown
WWF Tag Team Champion Kane defeated Mideon via disqualification at 4:35 when Shane McMahon, Viscera, and the Acolytes interfered and assaulted Kane after Mideon sustained the chokeslam; after the bout, X-Pac cleared the ring with a kendo stick; moments later, Shane cut a promo from the aisle, saying the path of destruction would continue and X-Pac was next
Nicole Bass (sub. for Sable) pinned Tori at the 27-second mark by placing one foot on Tori’s chest after hitting a chokeslam; prior to the bout, Sable cut a promo saying she had a chest cold and would be unable to compete, then said Bass would be her substitute before leaving ringside (Sable’s last appearance for 4 years)
WWF European Champion Shane McMahon pinned WWF Tag Team Champion X-Pac at 8:27 after Triple H, who came ringside moments earlier, hit the Pedigree on the challenger after an interfering Chyna blocked the Bronko Buster with a low blow; Chyna came out early in the bout and attacked Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco, who were at ringside to support X-Pac; after the contest, Kane appeared and scared the heels from ringside; moments later, Shane gloated in the aisle and said Steve Austin was next, with Triple H adding Austin was all theirs (Wild in the UK UK exclusive)
Billy Gunn pinned Mankind following a piledriver and Fameasser onto a steel chair at 11:27; prior to the bout, the Undertaker, the Acolytes, Viscera, and Mideon assaulted Mankind during a backstage interview, with Taker attacking Mankind’s leg with a steel chair; moments later, after making his entrance, Gunn demanded to be announced as the winner via forfeit but Mankind soon limped out
WWF World Champion Steve Austin defeated the Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) and Triple H (w/ Chyna) in a no holds barred match at around 18:20 by pinning Triple H with the Stunner after hitting the Stunner on an interfering Chyna; late in the bout, X-Pac, Kane, the Brood, and Mankind came out and battled with the Corporate Ministry – who came ringside moments earlier – all the way to the back; after the bout, X-Pac and Austin assaulted Shane and Triple H inside the ring, with Austin, X-Pac, and Earl Hebner having a beer; moments later, Austin extended his hand to Triple H and offered him a beer only to drop him with the Stunner, with X-Pac then hitting the Bronko Buster as Austin once again hit the Stunner on Shane

Hardcore & Crash Holly defeated Billy Gunn & the Road Dogg via disqualification at 10:11 after Hardcore threw a chair into the ring which Gunn used to hit the Fameasser on Crash; after the match, Road Dogg hit the pumphandle slam on Hardcore onto the chair
Chyna pinned WWF IC Champion Jeff Jarrett (w/ Miss Kitty) to win the title in a Good Housekeeping match at 8:37 after hitting the champion with his own guitar behind the referee’s back; Jarrett originally won the bout after hitting the challenger with the title belt but it was not a legal prop and thus the match resumed (Jarrett’s last appearance) (History of the Intercontinental Championship)
WWF Tag Team Champion the Rock pinned Davey Boy Smith with the Rock Bottom and People’s Elbow after avoiding the running powerslam
Matt & Jeff Hardy defeated Edge & Christian in a ladder match at 16:30 when Jeff leapt from one ladder to another, knocked Edge off, and grabbed the bag of $100,000; due to pre-match stipulations, the Hardyz won the best of 7 series with Edge & Christian, the $100,000, and the managerial services of Terri; named Pro Wrestling Torch’s Match of the Year (The Hardy Boyz: Leap of Faith, The Ladder Match, Edge: A Decade of Decadence)
Val Venis pinned WWF Tag Team Champion Mankind at 9:26 when Val applied the Testicular Claw as Mankind applied the Mandible Claw, with Val falling on top of Mankind for the win; after the match, Mankind stole back Mr. Rocko the sock
X-Pac defeated Kane, Farooq, and Bradshaw in an elimination match at 10:08 by hitting Farooq with the X-Factor as Farooq came off the top rope; Kane pinned Bradshaw with the chokeslam at 8:25 with X-Pac pinning Kane with a spinning heel kick off the top seconds later
WWF World Champion Triple H pinned Steve Austin in a no holds barred match at 21:53 after the Rock interfered and accidentally hit the challenger with a sledgehammer, with the champion hitting the Pedigree on the Rock moments thereafter; Triple H had attacked the Rock with a sledgehammer earlier in the show, which prompted the interference; prior to the bout, Triple H hit Vince mcMahon after McMahon appeared during his entrance and tried to take away the champion’s sledgehammer; after the match, Austin chased the champion backstage where Triple H escaped in a vehicle thanks to Chyna’s help (Austin’s first match in 2 months) (Triple H: The King of Kings)

The Dudley Boyz defeated Bull Buchanon & the Goodfather, Too Cool, D-Lo Brown & Chaz, and Raven & Tazz in a tag team table invitational at 14:39; Too Cool eliminated D-Lo & Chaz at 3:53 when D-Lo missed a Frog Splash on Grandmaster Sexay, crashing through the table, while at the same time Scotty 2 Hotty shoved Chaz off the top with he also going through a table; Raven & Tazz eliminated Too Cool at 7:41 following a double suplex on Scotty through a table; the Dudley Boyz eliminated Raven & Tazz after D-Von hit a top rope legdrop on Tazz through a table at 10:33; the Dudley Boyz eliminated Buchanon & the Goodfather at 14:40 following the 3D on Goodfather; the match originally ended at 13:44 after the Goodfather convinced referee Jack Doan that RTC had put Bubba Ray through a table while Doan was knocked out but a second referee came out to explain what had happened and the match continued
The Acolytes & WWF Women’s Champion Lita fought Test, Albert, & Trish Stratus to a no contest when T&A attacked and injured the Acolytes backstage prior to their entrance; moments later, Lita attempted to go backstage and help but was blocked off by T&A and Trish, with the three triple teaming her until Matt & Jeff Hardy made the save
Chris Jericho defeated X-Pac in a steel cage match at 10:38 after Jericho dropkicked the cage as X-Pac stood on the cage door, with X-Pac then crotching himself as Jericho walked out the door
Val Venis & Stevie Richards defeated Billy Gunn & Chyna at 7:17 when Venis pinned Chyna after Eddie Guerrero interfered and hit Chyna in the back with a bouquet of flowers loaded with a steel pipe; moments prior to the finish, the Goodfather & Bull Buchanon came ringside and attacked Gunn
Steve Austin fought Rikishi to a no contest in a no holds barred match at around the 7-minute mark after Austin threw his opponent into the back of his pick up truck, which he drove to the ring, took the vehicle to the parking lot, assaulted Rikishi, and attempted to ram the truck into his opponent before several police cars arrived on the scene; moments later, Austin exited the truck, was quickly arrested, and driven away in a police car
WWF European Champion William Regal pinned Mideon at 6:10 with the modified neckbreaker after opting not to apply the Regal Stretch because of the challenger’s bare ass; Mideon began the bout fully clothed but was wearing just a thong by the time it ended
Los Conquistadors (Edge & Christian under masks) defeated WWF Tag Team Champions Matt & Jeff Hardy at 10:52 to win the titles when Conquistador #2 pinned Matt with the Unprettier after Matt attempted to unmask Conquistador #1; later in the show, Edge & Christian congratulated the new champions backstage
Triple H pinned Chris Benoit at 18:45 with a low blow and the Pedigree after avoiding the Crippler Crossface; during the final moments of the bout, Stephanie McMahon came out and slapped Benoit before going backstage immediately following the pinfall
Kurt Angle (w/ Stephanie McMahon) pinned WWF World Champion the Rock in a No DQ match to win the title at 21:44 with the Olympic Slam, moments after Rikishi interfered and accidentally splashed in the corner and superkicked the champion before Angle dropped Rikishi with the Olympic Slam; at the 16-minute mark, Rock hit the Rock Bottom on an interfering Stephanie after she prevented him from hitting the People’s Elbow; moments later, Triple H came out, knocked Angle out of the ring, and hit the Pedigree on Rock for attacking his wife; Triple H then carried Stephanie backstage

Test pinned Kane at 10:09 with a boot to the face after landing a low blow; seconds prior to the finish, Kane grabbed WCW referee Nick Patrick by the throat, as if to give him a chokeslam, but instead shoved him to the mat, giving Test the opportunity to hit the low blow; early in the bout, Test hit Kane with the time keeper’s bell on the floor but Patrick seemingly didn’t notice; after the bout, Kane hit a chokeslam on Patrick, left the ring, returned, hit a second chokeslam, left the ring once more, and returned once more to hit a powerbomb on the referee
Torrie Wilson pinned Stacy Keibler with a handspring elbow and roll up at 3:07 in a lingerie match
Edge defeated WWF IC Champion Christian in a ladder match to win the title at 22:17 after hitting a Con-Chair-Two as the champion was laid across the top of two ladders, with Edge standing atop a third ladder; moments prior to the finish, Edge hit a low blow from behind by using one of the two steel chairs (The Ladder Match)
WWF Tag Team Champions the Dudley Boyz defeated the Big Show & Tajiri at 9:19 when D-Von pinned Tajiri following the 3D; moments prior to the finish, Tajiri accidentally sprayed green mist into the referee’s eyes, allowing Rhyno to interfere on behalf of the champions and Gore the Big Show outside of the ring
The Undertaker pinned Booker T at 13:20 with a powerbomb as Booker had Taker trapped in the corner and was on the turnbuckles punching away at him
Chris Jericho pinned WCW World Champion the Rock at 23:47 to win the title with the Breakdown onto a steel chair, thrown in the ring by Stephanie McMahon moments earlier; prior to the finish, the Rock grabbed Stephanie, threw her inside the ring, and hit the Rock Bottom on her, distracting the referee as Jericho hit the Russian legsweep onto the chair; after the bout, Jericho taunted Stephanie, as it was her interference which inadvertantly led to his win; moments thereafter, Rock confronted Jericho with the chair and handed the weapon to him; Jericho then held both the title belt and chair up in celebration (The History of the World Heavyweight Championship, Breaking the Code: Behind the Walls of Chris Jericho)
WWF World Champion Steve Austin defeated Kurt Angle and WWF Hardcore Champion Rob Van Dam at 15:19 in a No DQ match by pinning RVD with the Stunner after Van Dam received four German suplexes and the Olympic Slam from Angle; during the closing moments of the match, Vince McMahon attacked an interfering Shane McMahon on the floor after Shane ran into the ring, broke Angle’s cover of RVD, threw him to the floor, and pushed him into the steel ringpost; Vince came ringside mid-way through the bout and seemed to give encouragement to both RVD and Angle

WWE Raw Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho & Christian defeated Booker T & Goldust at 8:48 when Jericho pinned Goldust with a bulldog onto one of the title belts followed by a moonsault off the top; during the closing moments of the match, Jericho attempted a Lionsault on Booker but the middle rope became unhinged
Torrie Wilson pinned Dawn Marie with a swinging neckbreaker at 4:41
Rob Van Dam pinned Ric Flair with a spin kick and the Five Star Frog Splash at 8:01
WWE Cruiserweight Champion Jamie Noble (w/ Nidia) pinned Tajiri at 8:15 by blocking a victory roll after Nidia held onto Noble to prevent the champion from being taken down; after the bout, Tajiri kissed Nidia on the lips, with Noble then attempting to show Tajiri how a real man kisses a woman; as he went to do so, Tajiri kicked Noble in the back of the head, knocking him out
World Heavyweight Champion Triple H pinned WWE IC Champion Kane at 16:14 in a unification match after ramming the challenger into the corner and following with the Pedigree after Kane caught an interfering Ric Flair coming off the top and hit the chokeslam; Flair appeared mid-way through the match, prompting the Hurricane to appear to counter Flair’s interference; moments later, Triple H dropped Hurricane with a Pedigree on the floor (The Twisted, Disturbed Life of Kane)
WWE Smackdown! Tag Team Championship Tournament Finals: Kurt Angle & Chris Benoit defeated Edge & Rey Mysterio Jr. at 22:00 when Edge submitted to Angle’s ankle lock, moments after Angle reversed Edge’s hold into his own (voted Match of the Year by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter and Pro Wrestling Torch)
WWE Women’s Champion Trish Stratus pinned Victoria at 5:34 with a roll up after Victoria avoided the bulldog; after the bout, Victoria kicked Trish until she was forced from the ring by the referee
WWE World Champion Brock Lesnar (w/ Paul Heyman) pinned the Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match by reversing an attempt at the tombstone and hitting the F5 at 27:15; after the bout, Lesnar grabbed the belt, scaled to the roof of the cage, and posed as the show came to a close (Brock Lesnar: Here Comes the Pain, Tombstone: The History of the Undertaker, Hell in a Cell)

Sunday Night Heat – featured Tazz interviewing Doug & Danny Basham, in which they issued a challenge to the Acolytes to face them later in the night, which was accepted; included footage of John Cena arriving to the arena and getting heckled by a fan who did a freestyle rap on him, saying Kurt Angle would make him tap; moments later, Cena responded with a freestyle of his own, which responded with a chant of “Cena” from the fans:
Billy Kidman pinned Shannon Moore with a powerbomb off the middle turnbuckle
Pay-per-view bouts – featured Michael Cole & Tazz on commentary; included Josh Matthews interviewing Vince McMahon backstage about his match later in the night against his daughter Stephanie, in which he said if any wrestlers interfered on Stephanie’s behalf they would be fired and never allowed back; featured a backstage segment in which John Heidenreich attempted to rough up Shannon Moore backstage after “Little Johnny” told him Matt Hardy and Moore threw away his try-out tape he was trying to get to Stephanie, with Hardy then telling him they threw away a tape of Moore’s greatest matches instead; included Tony Chimel recognizing the US soldiers in attendance who would be returning to the Middle East the following day; featured a backstage segment in which Linda McMahon confronted Vince in his dressing room and asked him not to go through with the match, with Vince compromising that Stephanie could win via pinfall or submission while Vince could only win via submission and then added a no holds barred stipulation; several members of the Baltimore Ravens were in attendance:

Chris Benoit defeated Albert via submission with the Sharpshooter at 12:19 after Albert accidentally kicked a steel chair placed in the corner and was taken down with a dragon screw leg whip
Zach Gowen pinned Matt Hardy (w/ Shannon Moore) with a moonsault at 5:32 after knocking Hardy off the top
Doug & Danny Basham defeated the Acolytes at 8:54 when Danny pinned Bradshaw with a modified Fameouser after Shaniqua ran out and hit Bradshaw in the back with a baton immediately after Bradshaw dropped Doug with the Clothesline from Hell; moments later, Josh Matthews interviewed Shaniqua & the Bashams backstage in which she talked about the recent Clothesline from Hell Bradshaw gave her, then pointed to her chest to show the swelling it caused (she was returning from breast enlargment surgery) and said the effects could be permanent
Vince McMahon (w/ Sable) defeated Stephanie McMahon (w/ Linda McMahon) in an I Quit match at 9:24 when Linda threw in the towel as Vince was choking Stephanie with a pipe; due to pre-match stipulations, Stephanie lost her GM role on Smackdown!; had Vince lost, he would have lost his CEO position in the WWE; stipulations of the bout stated Stephanie could also win via pinfall; after the match, Vince grabbed Linda by her face and shoved her to the mat (Mr. McMahon)
Kurt Angle defeated John Cena with a victory roll into the ankle lock and then applying the heel hook for the submission at 18:28 (John Cena: Word Life)
The Big Show pinned WWE US Champion & WWE Smackdown! Tag Team Champion Eddie Guerrero to win the title with the chokeslam at 11:26; Guerrero wrestled the bout with his back heavily taped up after Show hit a chokeslam on him onto his own low rider days before; after the bout, Chavo Guerrero Jr. came out to console Eddie on the loss; moments later, Josh Matthews interviewed Show backstage on his victory (The Big Show: A Giant’s World)
WWE World Champion Brock Lesnar pinned the Undertaker in a Biker Chain Match at 24:16 by hitting the challenger with the chain after Vince McMahon came out from under the ring and crotched Taker on the top rope immediately after Taker took possession of the chain; Nunzio, Johnny Stamboli, and Chuck Palumbo interfered at the 21-minute mark but were quickly thrown out of the ring by Taker

Eddie Guerrero pinned Luther Reigns (w/ Mark Jindrak) with the frog splash at 13:24 after hitting Reigns in the face with a baton Guerrero stole from a security guard at ringside; late in the bout, Jindrak was knocked to the floor after Guerrero dropkicked a steel chair into Reigns’ face, knocking Reigns into Jindrak on the apron
WWE Cruiserweight Champion Spike Dudley (w/ the Dudley Boyz) pinned Nunzio (w/ Johnny Stamboli) at 8:49 after Bubba Ray Dudley crotched the challenger against the steel ringpost as D-Von Dudley fought with Stamboli around ringside
Billy Kidman pinned Paul London at 10:38 with the Shooting Star Press after lifting his knees to block London’s attempt at the move; after the bout, Kidman cut an in-ring promo, saying the crowd made him hit the move, as London coughed up blood and was placed on a stretcher; moments later, as London was strapped to the stretcher, Kidman hit the move a second time; pre-match stipulations stated Kidman would be fired if he didn’t wrestle the match or if he walked out of the match
WWE Smackdown! Tag Team Champions Kenzo Suzuki (w/ Hiroku) & Rene Dupree defeated Rey Mysterio Jr. & Rob Van Dam at 9:15 when Suzuki pinned Mysterio with a roll up and grabbing the ropes for leverage moments after Dupree tripped Mysterio as he attempted the springboard dropkick, with Mysterio landing throat-first across the top rope
The Big Show pinned Kurt Angle at 14:07 with the chokeslam as Angle stood on the top rope; Show originally won the match via count-out at 3:36 after Angle walked out of the contest and attempted to leave through the crowd but Smackdown! WWE World Champion John Bradshaw Layfield defeated the Undertaker in a Last Ride Match at 21:07 after hitting the Clothesline from Hell at the entranceway and, with John Heidenreich, stuffing Taker in the hearse; late in the bout, Heidenreich came out of the back of the hearse and smothered Taker with a liquid substance but Taker escaped the hearse before it drove out of the arena; after the bout, Paul Heyman revealed himself as the driver of the hearse and parked the vehicle backstage, allowing Heidenreich to ram into the back of it with a pickup truck, causing an explosion

Batista pinned John Bradshaw Layfield with the sit-down powerbomb at 5:19; stipulations stated the winner would be the #1 contender to the World Heavyweight Title; after the bout, JBL grabbed the mic and said his heart wasn’t into the match after his bad week due to the financial crisis; moments later, he thanked Nancy Pelosi, John McCain, and Barack Obama for voting for the government bailout and than thanked the fans for use of their taxpayer dollars so he could keep his penthouse apartment; Cryme Tyme then appeared on the big screen and said, while JBL was enjoying the bailout, they would take his limo for a night out; Mickie James, WWE Divas Champion Michelle McCool, Lena, Kelly Kelly, Maria, Tiffany, Brie Bella, and Sgt.
