– 3/12/93: Tod Gordon announced an 8-man tournament to determine the first champion. Prior to the finals, Jimmy Snuka defeated Larry Winters and Tommy Cairo while Glen Osbourne defeated Johnny Hotbody and Eddie Gilbert.
3/12/93; Radnor, PA; Cabrini College
– ECW TV Championship Finals: Jimmy Snuka (w/ Eddie Gilbert) pinned Glen Osbourne with the backbreaker and splash off the top at 4:05 to win the title after Gilbert, as the referee was down, hit Osbourne with an elbow drop as Osbourne had Snuka covered with an inside cradle; Tod Gordon joined Jay Sulli on commentary for the match
NWA Bloodfest: Part 1 – 10/1/93; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
Hardcore TV – 10/5/93: Terry Funk pinned ECW TV Champion Jimmy Snuka in a steel cage match to win the title at around the 15-minute mark by escaping over the top of the cage; Joey Styles & Paul E. Dangerously provided commentary for the bout; stipulations stated if Funk failed to win the belt then he would never again receive a title shot in ECW; after the contest, Funk threw several steel chairs over the top of the cage into the ring
November to Remember 93 – 11/13/93; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– ECW Heavyweight Champion Sabu & Road Warrior Hawk defeated ECW TV Champion Terry Funk & King Kong Bundy (mystery partner) at 12:00 when Sabu pinned Funk after Bundy turned on Funk; both Sabu and Funk’s belts were at stake in the match
3/6/94; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– The Tazmaniac (w/ Woman) pinned ECW TV Champion Sabu (w/ Paul E. Dangerously) to win the title at around the 8-minute mark; late in the match, Woman and Dangerously had a confrontation on the floor, with Kevin Sullivan then coming out and punching out Dangerously
3/6/94; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– JT Smith pinned ECW TV Champion the Tazmaniac (w/ Woman) to win the title at 3:47 when the champion failed a suplex into the ring attempt and Smith fell on top for the win; late in the bout, Public Enemy appeared ringside and surrounded Woman, with Smith going to the floor and cracking their heads together
4/16/94; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– The Pitbull (w/ Jason) pinned ECW TV Champion JT Smith to win the title; prior to the bout, Public Enemy jumped Smith from behind as the champion made his entrance
5/13/94; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– Mikey Whipwreck pinned ECW TV Champion the Pitbull (w/ Jason) to win the title at 5:02 when Whipwreck laid his hand on Pitbull’s body, moments after the champion missed a running kick to the Tazmaniac, who appeared on the apron, and crotched himself across the top rope; following the introductions, the crowd chanted “Shitbull” at the champion; after the match, the crowd chanted for Whipwreck
8/13/94; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– Jason pinned ECW TV Champion Mikey Whipwreck to win the title in a No DQ match at 12:06 after the Pitbulls attacked the champion as the referee was knocked down; late in the bout, Whipwreck appeared to have won the match but the three counts from the referee were just the referee pulling himself over to the wrestlers
11/4/94; Hamburg, PA; Fieldhouse
– 2 Cold Scorpio pinned ECW TV Champion Jason to win the title at 2:36 with the 450 splash, moments after fighting off an interfering Dean Malenko and the Pitbulls; prior to the bout, Dean Malenko escorted Jason to the ring, with Tod Gordon appearing and telling Malenko he had to leave ringside or he would strip Jason of the title; as Malenko went backstage, the Pitbulls came out instead, with Gordon taking the mic and telling Jason he would have to defend the belt by himself or he would take the championship from him; moments later, Jason then told the Pitbulls to go backstage; Jason then joked that his opponent might be Don E. Allen or Dino Sendoff, with Gordon announcing it would be Scorpio; after the match, Malenko attacked Scorpio, dropped him with a neckbreaker, and applied an armbar before Ron Simmons made the save

– Dean Malenko (w/ Jason) pinned ECW TV Champion 2 Cold Scorpio to win the title at around the 15-minute mark with a neckbreaker after avoiding a moonsault off the top
3/18/95; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– 2 Cold Scorpio pinned ECW TV Champion & ECW Tag Team Champion Dean Malenko (w/ Jason) to win the TV title at 13:32 with a roll over and grabbing the tights for leverage; late in the match, Taz came out in street clothes and, as the referee was down, dropped Malenko with a Tazplex before leaving the ring; after the contest, Malenko confronted Jason before leaving the ring
– Eddie Guerrero pinned ECW TV Champion 2 Cold Scorpio to win the title at 14:50 with a modified victory roll; after the bout, the two men shook hands

– Dean Malenko pinned ECW TV Champion Eddie Guerrero to win the title at 15:37 after a series of roll ups and blocking the champion’s huracanrana attempt
7/28/95; Middletown, NY; Orange County Fairgrounds
– Eddie Guerrero pinned ECW TV Champion Dean Malenko to win the title at 14:30 with a reversal into a roll up
8/25/95; Jim Thorpe, PA; The Flagstaff
– 2 Cold Scorpio pinned ECW TV Champion Eddie Guerrero to win the title at 14:56 with the Tumbleweed after a pumphandle gutbuster; upon his entrance, the crowd chanted “Stay, Eddie, stay” at Guerrero and “Bischoff sucks;” after the match, the two shook hands before the crowd again chanted “Stay, Eddie, stay;” Scorpio then took the mic and praised Guerrero before saying ECW was better than WCW; Guerrero replied by saying he never said he was leaving for good and was looking forward to getting a rematch when he returned

– Hardcore TV – 1/2/96: Mikey Whipwreck pinned ECW TV and Tag Team Champion 2 Cold Scorpio to win both championships at 11:54 after Cactus Jack interfered as the referee was knocked out and dropped Scorpio with the double arm DDT before placing Whipwreck on top; after the match, Mikey tried to hand the TV title back to Scorpio, saying he didn’t want to win it that way, before Cactus clotheslined Scorpio to the floor; Cactus became co-holder of the ECW Tag Team Championship with Whipwreck’s title win
House Party 96; 1/5/96; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– 2 Cold Scorpio (w/ Woman) pinned ECW TV Champion Mikey Whipwreck to win the title at 16:45 with a powerbomb and the moonsault legdrop off the top after Raven interfered and dropped the champion with the DDT
A Matter of Respect; 5/11/96; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– Shane Douglas pinned ECW TV Champion 2 Cold Scorpio to win the title at 26:31 with a belly to belly suplex off the top; after the contest, Douglas took the mic and talked about the talented wrestlers he had worked with and bookers he worked for before leading a chant of ECW; Douglas and Scorpio then shook hands before Douglas said Scorpio was even better than him and said he was the best TV champion ECW had seen; Douglas said Scorpio was an example to the WWF and WCW that it’s not about cartoons but it’s about wrestling; Douglas then told Scorpio to show everyone about respect by putting the belt around his waist; Scorpio went to put the belt on him but instead hit him in the back of the head with the belt, dropped him with a piledriver onto the belt, and then hit a legdrop off the top onto a steel chair ladia cross Douglas’s face

– Pitbull #2 pinned ECW TV Champion Shane Douglas to win the title at 14:20 with a powerbomb off the top in an imptomptu match

– Chris Jericho pinned ECW TV Champion Pitbull #2 (w/ Francine) to win the title at 12:09 by reversing the Super Bomb into a hurricanrana off the top; late in the bout, Shane Douglas appeared ringside, grabbed the title belt, and kissed Francine, with the champion then coming to the floor and accidentally knocking Francine out when Douglas moved out of the way; moments later, Pitbull #1 appeared ringside as well; during the closing moments of the match, Douglas tried to leave ringside with the title belt but was held back by referees; after the contest, Pitbull #2 handed Jericho the belt before keeping Douglas out of the ring by using a steel chair; moments later, the two men hugged as Douglas was held back by referees
Heatwave 96; 7/13/96; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
– Shane Douglas defeated ECW TV Champion Chris Jericho, 2 Cold Scorpio, and Pitbull #2 (w/ Francine) in an elimination match to win the title at 39:37; Scorpio pinned Jericho at 27:02 with a tombstone and the Tumble Weed; Pitbull #2 pinned Scorpio with the Super Bomb at 31:36; Douglas pinned Pitbull #2 with the belly to belly suplex; during the final moments of the match, Francine turned on Pitbull #2 and revealed a “Franchise” thong; Pitbull #1 then came out with the Pitbulls eventually hitting the Super Bomb on Francine through a table in the ring before the finish

Hardcore TV – 6/12/97:
– Taz defeated ECW TV Champion Shane Douglas (w/ Francine) via submission with the Tazmission to win the title in an impromptu match at 2:51; had Taz not been able to make Douglas submit within 3 minutes he would have been forced out of ECW for 60 days; after the match, Chris Candido attended to Douglas in the ring
Living Dangerously 98; 3/1/98; Asbury Park, NJ; Convention Hall
– Bam Bam Bigelow pinned ECW TV Champion Taz to win the title at 13:36 after falling backward to escape the Tazmission, with both men falling through the ring, then pulling Taz out of the hole in the canvas to score the win; after the bout, Bigelow was congratulated in the ring by Shane Douglas, Francine, & Chris Candido
4/4/98; Buffalo, NY; Flickinger Center
– Rob Van Dam (w/ Bill Alphonso) pinned ECW TV Champion Bam Bam Bigelow to win the title at around the 15-minute mark with the Van Daminator after Sabu interfered and jabbed the champion in the face with a fork
– The title was vacated after Van Dam sustained a broken leg. A 4-man tournament was designed to determine the new champion. Prior to the finals, Rhino defeated the Sandman and Super Crazy defeated Little Guido.

– Yoshihiro Tajiri defeated ECW TV Champion Super Crazy and Little Guido to win the title in an elimination match; Crazy pinned Guido; Tajiri pinned Crazy
Cyberslam 2000 – 4/22/00; Philadelphia, PA; ECW Arena
ECW on TNN – 4/28/00
– Rhino (w/ Cyrus, Steve Corino, & Jack Victory) pinned ECW TV Champion Yoshihiro Tajiri to win the title with a piledriver, moments after Tajiri kicked out of an initial piledriver; late in the match, Tajiri fought off an interfering Corino and Victory
8/26/00; New York City, NY; Hammerstein Ballroom
ECW on TNN – 9/8/00
– Kid Kash pinned ECW TV Champion Rhino to win the title at around the 5-minute mark after Rob Van Dam interfered and hit the Five Star Frog Splash while Kash hit a legdrop off the top at the same time, moments after Van Dam hit the Van Terminator; early in the bout, the Sandman came through the crowd and repeatedly canned the champion until Rhino took him down with a spear; there was no opening bell for the match and a referee didn’t appear until the final pinfall
9/9/00; Mississauga, Ontario; Hershey Center
– Rhino pinned ECW TV Champion Kid Kash to win the title
– Rhino won the ECW World Title by beating the Sandman on 1/7/01 at the Hammerstein Ballroom as part of Guilty As Charged 2001.
