The Dudley Boyz defeated Bull Buchanon & the Goodfather (w/ Steven Richards) following the 3D on Buchanon as Richards argued with Edge & Christian, who were doing guest commentary, on the floor; due to prematch stipulations, the Dudleyz became the #1 contenders to Edge & Christian’s tag team titles; after the bout, the champions attacked the Dudleyz and hit their finishers
WWF World Champion Kurt Angle defeated the Rock via disqualification in a non-title mach after the Rock hit the Rock Bottom on a number of referees before hitting Angle in the head with the title belt
Perry Saturn & Terri (w/ WWF Light Heavyweight Champion Dean Malenko) defeated Matt Hardy & Lita (w/ Jeff Hardy) at 3:22 when Terri pinned Lita after Malenko interfered behind the referee’s back and dropped Lita with a DDT after Lita hit the moonsault on Terri (Lita: It Just Feels Right)
Val Venis (w/ Steven Richards & Ivory) pinned Billy Gunn after Richards interfered and hit the Steven Kick
Rikishi (sub. for Albert) pinned Test with the Bonzai Drop after Test became distracted by Trish Stratus and Albert at ringside; after the bout, Albert hit the Baldo Bomb on Test before Rikishi hit a second Bonzai Drop; prior to the match, Trish pulled Albert from the match since Vince McMahon owed her a favor
Steve Austin (sub. for WWF European Champion William Regal) defeated the Undertaker and Kane by pinning the Undertaker with the Stunner after Taker hit a chokeslam on an interfering Rikishi; Vince McMahon was the second referee for the bout and reluctantly made the pinfall for Austin; due to prematch stipulations, Austin earned a world title shot for the following Monday

Rikishi defeated Kane, the Undertaker, & the Rock after pinning Kane with a splash; after the match, the four continued to brawl with Kane emerging as the last man standing; due to pre-match stipulations Rikishi earned the #30 spot in the Royal Rumble match

Bubba Ray Dudley (w/ D-Von Dudley) pinned WWF Tag Team Champion Edge (w/ WWF Tag Team Champion Christian) with a roll up; after the match, the champions put Bubba Ray through a table after Christian hit the Unprettier on D-Von
The Acolytes & Jackie defeated Lita, Matt, & Jeff Hardy when Bradshaw pinned Jeff with the Clothesline from Hell
Val Venis pinned Test with the Money Shot after guest commentator William Regal hit Test with a steel chair on the floor and threw him back into the ring; prior to the bout, Test attacked Regal at the announce table and ripped up his suit
Steve Blackman pinned Hardcore Holly in a hardcore match after Raven interfered and hit both men with a kendo stick, with Blackman falling on top for the win
Steve Austin, the Undertaker, & the Rock defeated WWF World Champion Kurt Angle, Kane, & Rikishi when Rock pinned Angle with the Rock Bottom after guest referee Triple H hit the Pedigree on Angle after Angle shoved Austin into him; after the match, Austin hit the Stunner on Triple H with Rock & Austin having a stare down in the ring until they suffered a double chokeslam from Kane

2/8/01 – included Vince McMahon cutting an in-ring promo to begin the show in which he said that the Rock would face the Big Show later in the show to determine the #1 contender for the world title at No Way Out; he went on to state that Triple H and Steve Austin would have wrestlers representing them in a match, where if Austin or Triple H had the winning wrestler, they would be able to pick the stipulations for their bout at No Way Out; after asking for a volunteer to come out and pick at random the wrestlers who would be competing on behalf of Austin and Triple H, William Regal and Trish Stratus came out, with Trish picking Billy Gunn to represent Steve Austin and WWF IC Champion Chris Jericho to represent Triple H; later in the show, Triple H found Gunn backstage and asked him to lay down and let Jericho beat him; after Gunn refused, Triple H hit him in the back of the head with a fire extinguisher; Vince McMahon later announced that the match would be changed to Triple H vs. Jericho instead and, on Raw, Rikishi would represent Steve Austin in a match against the Rock, who would represent Triple H; featured a video recap of the first week of the XFL; included a backstage segment in which Kurt Angle and Essa Rios had an altercation, with a match between the two announced to take place on Sunday Night Heat:
Chris Benoit & Perry Saturn (w/ Terri) defeated Matt & Jeff Hardy (w/ Lita) at 6:21 when Jeff submitted to Benoit’s Crippler Crossface, moments after Dean Malenko – who came out before the match to watch Lita – threw Jeff into the steel ring steps
Rikishi (w/ Haku) pinned Al Snow with a sit-down splash at 1:24; after the match, Haku entered the ring and applied the Tongan Death Grip on Snow
Edge & Christian defeated WWF Tag Team Champions the Dudley Boyz via disqualification at 7:04 when the Undertaker & Kane came ringside, with Taker preventing Edge from pinning Bubba Ray and then hitting a chokeslam on the challenger; moments later, Taker hit a chokeslam on Bubba Ray while Kane did the same to D-Von; after the commercial break, Vince said that to make it up to Edge & Christian, they could host the upcoming Sunday Night Heat and would face Taker & Kane the following week on Raw to determine the #1 contenders to the tag team titles
Hardcore Holly (w/ Molly Holly) pinned WWF Hardcore Champion Raven to win the title at 2:26 with the Hollycaust after Molly prevented the masked ninja woman from interfering; moments later, Raven pinned Holly to regain the title after the woman entered the ring and broke a 2×4 across Holly’s back
Steven Richards, Bull Buchanon, the Goodfather, & WWF Women’s Champion Ivory defeated the Acolytes, Jackie, & the Kat at 4:02 when Ivory pinned Kat with both feet on the ropes for leverage
Triple H (w/ Stephanie McMahon) pinned WWF IC Champion Chris Jericho in a non-title match at 7:20 with the Pedigree after blocking the Lionsault by lifting both knees; moments prior to the finish, Jericho sent an interfering Eddie Guerrero off the apron to the floor; after the bout, Steve Austin came out and offered Triple H a beer; when Guerrero demanded a beer of his own, Austin dropped him with the Stunner; then, as Austin and Triple H had words, Jericho attacked Triple H from behind and locked him in the Walls of Jericho while Austin poured beer on him
The Rock pinned the Big Show at 9:22 with a Rock Bottom onto a steel chair inside the ring, moments after WWF World Champion Kurt Angle – who did guest commentary early in the bout before being assaulted by Show on the floor – interfered and hit Show with two chair shots to the head; after the bout, Show hit a chokeslam on both Angle and Rock; due to pre-match stipulations, Rock earned a world title shot for No Way Out

Kane (w/ the Undertaker) pinned Edge (w/ Christian) with a flying clothesline; after the match, the Dudley Boyz – who were watching from ringside – taunted Kane until he stood on the ring apron while, in the ring, Christian Irish whipped Taker into Kane who then went through a table that had been set up by the Dudleys; moments thereafter, Kane and the Undertaker hit chokeslams on Edge and Christian
Matt Hardy (w/ Lita & Jeff Hardy) pinned Perry Saturn (w/ Terri) with a roll up after Lita was knocked into the arms of Dean Malenko – who had just came to ringside; after the match, Malenko kissed Lita before she slapped him and challenged him to a match the following Monday on Raw
Steve Austin pinned Chris Benoit with the Stunner
X-Pac defeated WWF IC Champion Chris Jericho via disqualification when Eddie Guerrero prevented the pinfall from being made after the challenger hit the X-Factor; after the bout, Guerrero and Jericho began brawling until Justin Credible appeared and nailed Guerrero; moments thereafter, Jericho chased Credible and X-Pac off with a steel chair before hitting Guerrero with the chair
WWF Hardcore Champion Raven fought the Big Show to a no contest when Raven ran away with help from the masked woman after Taka Michinoku, Sho Funaki, Albert, K-Kwick, Val Venis, Tazz, Hardcore Holly and Steve Blackman got involved in the match
The Rock defeated Triple H via disqualification when Kurt Angle prevented the Rock’s pin attempt; after the match, a brawl ensued involving the Rock, Triple H, Angle, Chris Benoit, and Steve Austin; as the show went off the air, the Rock was caught in Angle’s ankle lock while Austin was caught in Benoit’s Crippler Crossface as Triple H poured beer on him

The Big Show defeated Crash Holly, Perry Saturn (w/ Terri), Steve Blackman, Hardcore Holly, & K-Kwick in a hardcore match by pinning Kwick with the chokeslam; after the match, Raven – who was doing guest commentary – came in the ring and hit Show with a stop sign, but Show fought him off; due to pre-match stipulations, Show became the # 1 contender for the Hardcore title at No Way Out
Chris Benoit & Eddie Guerrero defeated WWF IC Champion Chris Jericho & X-Pac when Jericho submitted to Benoit’s Crippler Crossface after X-Pac kicked Jericho in the face; after the match, X-Pac and Justin Credible attacked Guerrero & Benoit, leaving both laying in the ring
WWF Women’s Champion Ivory fought the Kat to a no contest when Right To Censor came to the ring after Kat removed Ivory’s shirt; after the match, Jerry Lawler was about to enter the ring until he was given the superkick by Steven Richards (who was dressed as security); Lawler was then thrown into the ring and beaten down by RTC, with Richards finishing him off with he DDT on a chair (Kat’s last match in the WWF)
WWF European Champion Test pinned William Regal with the big boot after Al Snow – who was at ringside campaigning to be the Commissioner of the WWF – hit Regal with Head
WWF World Champion Kurt Angle, Edge, & Christian defeated the Rock, the Undertaker, & Kane in a No DQ Match when Angle pinned Rock with the Olympic Slam through a table – originally put into the ring by the Dudley Boyz; after the bout, Angle put Rock in the ankle lock, with Rock tapping as the show went off air

WWF World Champion the Rock defeated William Regal via disqualification when Kurt Angle interfered while Rock had the Sharpshooter applied; after the bout, Angle the put Rock in the ankle lock but Rock was able to escape, grabbed a steel chair, and hit William Regal since Angle had retreated backstage
Kane, the Undertaker, & D-Von Dudley defeated Rikishi, Haku, & Christian when Taker pinned Christian after the Last Ride
Steve Austin fought Kurt Angle to a no contest when William Regal and guest commentator the Rock interfered; the show ended with a staredown between Austin & Rock

X-Pac, Justin Credible, & Albert defeated Grandmaster, Sexay, Steve Blackman, & K-Kwick when X-Pac scored the pin after a double superkick from he and Credible
The Big Show & Triple H (w/ Stephanie McMahon) defeated Kane in a handicap match when Show pinned Kane following the chokeslam; after the match, Triple H and Show continued attacking Kane until the Undertaker – who was handcuffed backstage – attempted to make the save, but Taker was beaten down and even held down by police officers – who were then revealed as friends of Triple H; the cops handcuffed Kane as well and Taker was left a bloody mess after being hit in the head with a sledgehammer
WWF Tag Team Champions the Dudley Boyz & Spike Dudley defeated Edge, Christian, & Rhyno via disqualification at 5:54 when Edge hit Bubba Ray in hte back with a steel chair as the remaining participants battled on the floor; after the bout, Spike fought off Edge and Christian before being Gored by Rhyno through a table set up against the corner (Action!)
WWF World Champion the Rock (w/ Debra) defeated Chris Benoit & Kurt Angle in handicap match by pinning Angle with the Rock Bottom; after the match, Benoit was caught in Rock’s Sharpshooter and Angle refused to make the save; guest commentator Vince McMahon forced Rock to release the hold and almost received the Rock Bottom before Angle returned to the ring and applied the ankle lock; Steve Austin was seen watching backstage on a monitor but didn’t come ringside

Rhyno (w/ Edge & Christian) pinned Matt Hardy (w/ Jeff Hardy) after Christian interfered and hit the Unprettier; after the match, the Dudley Boyz survived a brawl with the five other men and put Rhyno through a table
Trish Stratus fought WWF Women’s Champion Ivory to a no contest in a Bra & Panties match at around the 40-second mark when Chyna interfered and stripped Ivory down to her bra and panties as Trish exited the ring
William Regal & the Big show defeated WWF IC Champion Chris Jericho & Kane when Regal applied the Regal Stretch on Jericho after hitting the champion with a fire extinguisher; after the match, Show dominated a confrontation with Raven and Kane on the floor

WWF IC Champion Edge defeated Kurt Angle via disqualification at 3:46 when Angle kicked the champion in the groin; after the bout, Edge fought off an attack from Angle before being caught in the ankle lock; referees then swarmed the ring and eventually forced Angle to break the hold
Lance Storm pinned Rikishi at 2:59 with the superkick and using the ropes for leverage after Test distracted Rikishi from ringside
WWF Hardcore Champion the Undertaker pinned Matt Hardy with the powerbomb at 5:07; during the bout, it was noted Jeff Hardy and Lita could be out for weeks or months after Taker’s attack on them during Raw; after the contest, Taker returned to the ring, threw Hardy to the floor, and rammed a steel chair into his throat; following the commercial break, footage was shown of Hardy being taken backstage in a neckbrace and on a stretcher; live footage then showed Taker confronting Hardy on the stretcher, where he asked “Was the bitch really worth it?”; “bitch” was bleeped out of the segment
