Graziano, & Big Guido) and Roadkill & Danny Doring in an elimination match at 10:44; the match was scheduled for Smothers & Guido vs. Roadkill & Doring but was turned into a three-way when Rotten & Mahoney interrupted the match and proposed to make it an elimination match at around the 3-minute mark; Smothers & Guido pinned Doring at 8:16 with a double fisherman suplex after Rich hit Doring with his flagpole behind the referee’s back as Doring had Guido covered following the Hart Attack; Rotten pinned Guido with a reverse suplex as Mahoney pinned Smothers with the Nutcracker Suite; after the contest, Graziano and Big Guido faced off against Rotten & Mahoney but were laid out following chairshots to the head

Sid Vicious (w/ Judge Jeff Jones) pinned John Kronus with the powerbomb at 1:32 after dropping Kronus with a chokeslam from the ring through a table on the floor and then repeatedly hitting him with a steel chair outside the ring; following Kronus’ appearance, Jeff Jones appeared, referred to himself as “Judge Jeff Jones,” said both Bill Clinton and OJ Simpson were guilty as charged, and made note of Kronus recently attacking him in Lebanon, PA; Jones then said he had found someone to act as his executioner, with Vicious then appearing (Vicious’ surprise debut)
Buh Buh Ray & D-Von Dudley (w/ Joel Gertner, Sign Guy & Big Dick Dudley) defeated New Jack & Spike Dudley in an impromptu match at 10:02 when both men pinned Spike following the 3D; prior to the bout, Buh Buh Ray issued an open challenge to any team since he and D-Von didn’t have a match on the show; late in the bout, New Jack sustained a 3D on the ramp and after the match was double teamed inside the ring; moments later, D-Von grabbed the mic and cut a promo and said “Thou shall not steal … thou shall not kill … and thou shall not fuck with the Dudleyz” as New Jack continued to be assaulted; Buh Buh then issued a challenge to the Public Enemy, the one team left for them to beat to establish them being the best tag team in the world, to face them Jan. 16 at the ECW Arena (ECW: The Best of the Dudley Boyz)
ECW TV Champion & ECW Tag Team Champion Rob Van Dam (w/ Bill Alphonso) pinned Lance Storm (w/ Tammy Lynn Bytch) (sub. for Masato Tanaka) at 18:52 with a reversal into a German suplex into a bridge; prior to the bout, Storm cut an in-ring promo about the injuries to Spike Dudley and Jerry Lynn and said their loss would be his gain with him taking the TV title; Alphonso had his arm in a cast for the match
Justin Credible (w/ Nicole Bass, Jason, & an unknown woman) pinned Tommy Dreamer in a Stairway to Hell match at 18:40 with That’s Incredible after Terry Funk appeared and hit Dreamer with a trash can and Credible followed by hitting Dreamer in the face with the Singapore cane; after the bout, Funk repeatedly hit Dreamer over the head with the trash can and then yelled that he would ruin Dreamer; Funk then left ringside with Credible and his entourage (the first Stairway to Hell match)
Taz defeated ECW World Champion Shane Douglas (w/ Francine) to win the title at 22:20 via submission with the Tazmission; Douglas’s hand was in a cast for the match; late in the bout, the lights in the arena went out with ECW Tag Team Champion Sabu then appearing amid pyro and attacking both men – putting Douglas through a table on the floor and Taz through a table in the ring – before returning backstage with Bill Alphonso; moments later, Tammy Lynn Sytch appeared in the ring, with Francine then brawling with Tammy until Chris Candido appeared and pulled Tammy away as Douglas pulled Francine away; Candido then punched Douglas and left ringside with Tammy, leading to the finish (ECW: Unreleased Vol. 1)

Included an in-ring promo by ECW World Champion Taz in which he said he would face anyone at Living Dangerously for the title, regardless if they were from the WWF or WCW; featured an in-ring segment in which Shane Douglas, accompanied by Francine, cut a promo about wanting to retire with his last match as his best and knowing when to walk away; both Francine and Douglas appeared visibly moved by the crowd’s outpouring emotion, asking Douglas to stay; as Douglas prepared to leave his boots in the ring as a symbolic gesture, Justin Credible, accompanied by Jason & Jazz, came out and said he is the new Franchise; Lance Storm then came out and argued he should be the next Franchise, with Douglas saying neither of them were and the man who would continue in his footsteps is Tommy Dreamer; Credible and Storm then attacked Douglas, with Francine being caned in the face, until Dreamer attempted to make the save but was beaten down as well; included an in-ring promo by Buh Buh Ray & D-Von Dudley, with Joel Gertner, Big Dick & Sign Guy Dudley, in which Buh Buh Ray cut a promo on running the Public Enemy – their scheduled opponents for the night – out of ECW and to the WWF; moments later, New Jack interrupted and said he brought someone with him; after Buh Buh Ray joked it was Kronus or Spike Dudley, Mustafa came out and cleared the ring with New Jack until turning on New Jack and helping the Dudleyz beat him down; Spike Dudley and Kronus attempted to make the save but were beaten down as well before Gertner unveiled that Mustafa was the mysterious benefactor that offered the Dudleyz a sum of money to rid ECW of the Public Enemy; featured an in-ring promo by Lance Storm in which he said he had a new manager and introduced Beulah McGillicutty, with Dawn Marie then coming out dressed as Beulah; Tommy Dreamer then ran in the ring and attacked Storm until he was triple teamed by Storm, Justin Credible, and Jason; moments later, Shane Doulgas, with Francine, ran in the ring and made the save; Dreamer and Douglas then hugged and gave the sign of the Triple Threat; early in the segment, Don Callis was seen watching on from the balcony

ECW – 2/18/99: John Kronus fought Steve Corino to a no contest at the 3-minute mark when Judge Jeff Jones interrupted the match after Corino hit a powerbomb, with Jones then getting in the ring and telling Corino he couldn’t use the move because that move belonged to “the master;” Sid Vicious then came out, chokeslammed Kronus over the top onto a steel chair on the floor, twice powerbombed Kronus, and twice powerbombed Corino (Sid’s surprise debut)

ECW – 4/8/99: ECW World Champion Taz defeated Chris Candido (w/ Tammy Lynn Sytch) via referee’s decision in an impromptu falls count anywhere match at 11:46 when the referee stopped the bout after Candido suffered an apparent neck injury following a Tazplex through a table leaned against the corner; prior to the bout, Steve Corino cut an in-ring promo until Taz interrupted and challenged him to a match; Corino faked having an injury and then introduced Candido as his stand-in; Candido, accompanied by Sytch, then came out to the ring and said he didn’t tap out to wearing a diaper, he didn’t tap out to doing jumping jacks “like an asshole,” he didn’t tap out to alcohol, he didn’t tap out to somas, and he wasn’t going to tap out to Taz; he then challenged Taz to an immediate falls count anywhere title match which was accepted; after the match, Sytch and medics atteneded to Candido in the ring, where he was fitted with a neckbrace and taken out of the ring on a stretcher; as the crowd began to chant “Fuck you, Taz,” Taz went to the floor, threw Candido back in the ring, attacked the neck, and forced Candido to tap to the Tazmission; Taz then grabbed the mic and cut a promo saying that’s what happens when people mess with him (Candido & Sytch’s surprise return)

Pay-per-view bouts – featured an opening in-ring introduction by Joey Styles & Cyrus, eventually interrupted by Joel Gertner who said he should be the host of the show; moments later, Taz appeared – with the crowd chanting “You sold out” – and confronted Styles on recent comments he made about Taz’ recent attack on ECW TV Champion Rob Van Dam; Taz continued to bully Styles as the crowd chanted “Fuck him up, Joey – fuck him up” and then ordered Styles out of the ring; he then turned his attention to Gertner and verbally berated him as well before briefly locking on the Tazmission and cutting a promo on facing RVD later in the show; Taz then shook Cyrus’ hand and left the ring; included a backstage promo by Bill Alphonso & Sabu regarding Sabu’s match later in the night against Chris Candido, during which Alphonso said Sabu was dedicating the match to his best friend Ticho who had passed away; featured backstage footage from earlier in the day of Lou E. Dangerously walking around backstage as though he was Paul Heyman – firing people left and right – until he was ejected from the building by security; included a closing montage of highlights from the show to the tune of the ECW theme song:

ECW on TNN – 12/24/99 – featured an opening in-ring introduction by Joey Styles & Joel Gertner, with Cyrus interrupting and asking them to redo the opening because the fans weren’t buying Gertner’s dirty middle name gimmick; after Gertner claimed there was no “office” of ECW, Cyrus admitted he worked for TNN; Cyrus then introduced Masato Tanaka, sitting in the crowd wearing a Rob Van Dam t-shirt, as the man who would challenge ECW World Champion Mike Awesome the following week; Judge Jeff Jones then appeared and said any man wanting a title shot against Awesome would have to go through him, with Spike Dudley then appearing and dropping Jones with the Acid Drop; Awesome then appeared, press slammed Spike onto Tanaka in the front row, and dared Tanaka to fight him then and there; Tanaka and Awesome then began brawling until it was broken up by security and Paul Heyman; Cyrus then convinced Heyman to let them go then and there; included a backstage segment in which Awesome pinned Cyrus against Cyrus’ dressing room wall, regarding his title loss, and then went on a rampage to find Tanaka before their title rematch the following week; featured a backstage segment in which Rhino, Steve Corino, and Jack Victory were shown leaving a dressing room, holding a bloody steel chair, with Corino stating no one – not Dusty Rhodes, Limp Bizkit, Balls Mahoney or Axl Rotten – would show him up; moments later, Mahoney, bleeding from the head, crawled out of the dressing room, repeating, “I’ll kill them;” included a backstage segment in which Jones and Awesome barged into a dressing room, with Awesome then confronting Lou E. ECW on TNN – 12/24/99: Masato Tanaka pinned ECW World Champion Mike Awesome (w/ Judge Jeff Jones) to win the title in an impromptu match with the Roaring Elbow at around the 17-minute mark; late in the match, several wrestlers joined Paul Heyman in watching the match from the aisle; after the bout, Awesome shook the new champion’s hand, strapped the belt around his waist, and raised his hand in victory before hitting a clothesline and a running Awesome Bomb from the ring through a table set up on the floor; moments later, the wrestlers in the aisle – including Jerry Lynn and Super Calo – surrounded Tanaka as Awesome shouted down at the new champion (the bout began during the show intro)
